Do you really charge nothing per response?
Correct. On Pro, you pay $15/mo flat and collect unlimited responses — no per-submission fees, no throttling, no surprise overage bills when your form goes viral. The only response limit is on the Free tier (100/mo per form) and exists to differentiate the Free tier.
What's the catch with conditional logic on the Free plan?
No catch. Conditional logic is unlocked on every plan, including Free. Most builders gate it behind a paid tier. We think that's backwards — logic is how you build forms that respect your respondents' time, and you shouldn't have to pay anything to show the right question to the right person.
How does AI work on Free vs Pro?
Free gets 3 AI form generations per month using our standard model — fast and reliable for most form-building prompts. Pro gets unlimited generations on a smarter model that handles nuanced prompts, multi-step logic, and edge cases better. Both tiers get the same 8 ready-to-use templates, which don't count against any AI limit.
What happens when I hit my 3 free AI generations?
Two options: pick from the 8 ready-to-use templates (Employee Survey, NPS, Contact, Lead Capture, RSVP, Bug Report, Job Application, Customer Feedback — they cover most common use cases and don't cost anything), or upgrade to Pro for unlimited generations. The cap resets on the 1st of each month. We'll never charge you for AI you didn't authorize.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Settings page or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to all features until then. No questions asked, no retention calls.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Your forms and responses are preserved for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything to CSV at any time. If you re-upgrade within 30 days, nothing is lost. Otherwise, data is permanently deleted within 30 days of cancellation per our Privacy Policy.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free tier requires nothing — just an email address. You only enter payment info when you're ready to upgrade to Pro or Team.
